Arrangements for banquets


1. It is possible to carry out a banquet on any day of a week, unless the intended date is already reserved.

2. Date and hall for a banquet shall be reserved exclusively upon receipt of advanced payment.

  • advance payment No. 1 – 10% of the order price shall be paid at the moment of reservation;
  • advance payment No. 2 – 30% of the order price shall be paid 30 days prior to the banquet date;
  • in case of cancellation of a banquet, it is possible to have the advance payment returned (not later than 30 calendar days prior to the intended date of a banquet);
  • If the banquet was canceled less than 30 days prior to the reserved date, the advance payment shall not be returned.

3. The banquet start time shall be agreed by the customer at the moment of reservation.

4. Number of guests and tables layout shall be agreed at the moment of reservation.

5. A sales slip together with advance payment and corresponding entry in the order book shall be deemed as an order confirmation.

6. A banquet shall last till 01:00, after 01:00 the rate is UAH 2000 per hour, but not longer than till 03:00.

7. The menu for the required number of guests shall be ordered preliminary, not less than 14 calendar days prior to the intended banquet date.

8. Preliminary estimate shall be issued to the customer after approval of the menu, but not earlier than 30 days prior to the banquet date.

9. The latest changes may be introduced into the menu or concerning the number of guests not later than 7 calendar days prior to the banquet date.

10. Cost of the banquet menu per 1 person – from 1000 hryvnias. The menu cost per person may be changed within 2017 proportionally to price movements at the market.

11. Service charge amounts to 15% from the total sum (rent, amortization, additional staff).

12. Final payment shall be made on the banquet day till 23:00.

13. Glassware breakage, property damage, extra orders by the guests shall be paid by the customer additionally.

14. If desired, the customer may take away the dishes and products left after the banquet (packing will be charged extra).

15. You may pay for the banquet both by cash and by bank transfer.

16. Firework, torches, firecrackers, pyrotechnics and fire shows are FORBIDDEN in the restaurant.

17. Other conditions:

  • Dishes are served till 24:00.
  • Coffee and tea for the banquet are to be provided by the Split restaurant.
  • Buffet tables (meat, cheese, Ukrainian, European, candy-bar) – exclusively from the menu of the Split restaurant.
  • If cakes or candy-bar were offered from other manufacturers, a penalty in amount of UAH 3500-5000 (depending on the order volumes) shall be paid.
  • Use of own lighting and sound equipment shall be agreed with the restaurant administration.

1. A unique atmosphere of your celebration, created by dint of special lighting, as well as lighting scenarios according to celebration occasion and coloristics:

  • lighting of the restaurant halls in colors of your celebration;
  • different styles and colors for lighting of the areas of the banquet hall.

2. Exclusive sound arrangement of the banquet:

  • sound zoning of the halls is possible (for example, greeting composition sounds in the hall with guests and the bar zone is accompanied by a DJ or dance music);
  • different sound volume in the different areas of the banquet hall;
  • radio microphone, functioning within the whole territory of the banquet hall.

3. Projector, big screen and plasma TVs around the perimeter of the banquet hall. Due to the big screen and plasma TVs we are able to arrange:

  • demonstration of photos with your warmest memories;
  • video recordings of the most notable events in your life;
  • broadcasting of video-wishes from your friends and relatives who are far from you at the moment;
  • on-line video broadcasting (for example video broadcasting of wedding ceremony for your guests).

4. Proposals from master of ceremonies how to conduct your celebration.

5. Proposals from decoration specialists (how to decorate the hall, according to celebration occasion), installation of festive decorations, floral decoration etc.

6. Musical arrangement of celebration (solo performers, bands, DJs).

7. Proposals for photo- and video shooting.

8. Festive cakes and candy-bar cooked by our pastry makers, according to celebration occasion:

  • more than 70 types of cakes and pastries;
  • decoration of cakes and candy-bar by our chef pastry maker according to stylistics and colors of your celebration.

9. Chocolate fountain with various fruits and berries (seasonal and exotic). Depending on the number of guests, you can choose medium or big chocolate fountain:

  • medium fountain: 3 tiers, height 50 cm, 3 kg of chocolate and 5 kg of fruits;
  • big fountain: 5 tiers, height 110 cm, 10 kg of chocolate and 15 kg of fruits;
  • for chocolate fountain we use Belgium milk chocolate, manufactured by Callebaut – a company with more than 100 years of experience in chocolate manufacturing;
  • our chef pastry maker will assist you to choose the best fruit and berry composition to your chocolate fountain and will offer you its festive decoration variants.

10. Champagne tower, decorated with berries or exotic fruits, accompanied by dry ice, flowers or decors according to your celebration occasion.

11. Flambe dishes (are served with elements of fire show, accompanied by dry ice etc.).

12. Decoration of the tables with vegetable and fruit carving.

13. Special offer for your guests – exclusive hand-made hookahs for lovers of flavory tobacco (in separated lounge area).
